It helps in understand the stability of the candidate. 2.BW don’t play with or fabricate the profile or resume of the resourcing candidate as per the convenience and believe in transparency with client. 3.BW maintain the grid of required skill set provided from clients and match with proposed candidates, this helps to mention the percentage of matching the required skills to client. 4.BW work for and from clients perspective to match the expectation of client. 5.BW ask all the shortlisted candidates to furnish their professional docs like copy of salary slip, bank statements, appraisal letter(if any),appointment letter etc. so as to avoid any discrepancy at the time of their selection. This practice saves time of client while finalizing the candidate, it has been observed that at time of joining selected candidate are not able to furnish their authentic paper which results to the failure of entire process from both end.
