Since the time Brainwork(BW) was conceived, BW wanted to be different from their competitors which were already in this field since years. BW started working with some small organizations who were not known to the usual jobseekers, built up their name and image as a brand to the job seeker so that they developed faith and interest for opting those companies along with the given option of big brands as well. But when it is concerned working with big companies or MNC BW made sure that BW would work the same dedication and sincerity knowing that these MNC are associated with big names in hiring and staffing having huge manpower of recruiters to cater the industry. BW try to be exceptional by practising below mentioned points while recruiting and resourcing any candidate to our client: 1.BW check the motive of a candidate for switching his/her current company whether it is for CTC/ reporting manager/location/working shift/current project/domain/any other. It helps in understand the stability of the candidate. 2.BW don’t play with or fabricate the profile or resume of the resourcing candidate as per the convenience and believe in transparency with client. 3.BW maintain the grid of required skill set provided from clients and match with proposed candidates, this helps to mention the percentage of matching the required skills to client. 4.BW work for and from clients perspective to match the expectation of client. 5.BW ask all the shortlisted candidates to furnish their professional docs like copy of salary slip, bank statements, appraisal letter(if any),appointment letter etc. so as to avoid any discrepancy at the time of their selection. This practice saves time of client while finalizing the candidate, it has been observed that at time of joining selected candidate are not able to furnish their authentic paper which results to the failure of entire process from both end.
